Citrix Online Joins Other ``Captains of Innovation'' on Keynote Panel at AlwaysOn 2007 Stanford Summit
The world’s foremost business and technology
influencers will converge at the AlwaysOn Stanford Summit July 31-Aug. 2
to discuss the significant economic, political and commercial trends
affecting the global technology industries.
The "Power of Customer Innovation”
will be discussed by executives from companies known for leadership in
delivering superior customer experiences. Amazon Web Services’
vice president, Adam Selipsky, Etelos’ CEO,
Danny Kolke, Intuit’s vice president Strategy
& Innovation, Small Business Division, Steven Aldrich and Citrix Online’s
general manager, Brett Caine, will describe their companies’
unique roadmaps for developing and implementing a successful customer
focus. Jeanne Bliss, consultant and author of Chief Customer Officer,
will moderate the panel, which will be held at 10:00 a.m. (PT) at
Stanford University’s Frances C. Arrillaga
Alumni Center.
"The companies that evolve, grow and thrive
in today’s global online economy are
passionate about their customers, and see their customers as a key asset
of their business,” said Bliss. "Engaging
and constantly creating experiences that customers desire is key
to organic growth and creating the ‘pull’
that motivates them to come back for more. A company’s
brand experience, what they stand for, and how they deliver on it are
dependent on their ability to listen, respond and constantly innovate on
what customers value.” "It’s exciting to
join these market leaders to underscore the strategic impact of putting
the customer at the heart of every business and technology decision,”
said Caine. "The common denominator of
success and innovation among these panelists is a shared vision for
delivering business value through an exceptional customer experience.”
